We’re hiring a Residential Installation Technician (Level I or II) to support system installations, pre‑wire, trim‑out, and finish work on custom residential projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in clean and professional installs, and wants to grow within the residential smart‑home industry.

This is not a lead or management role. You will work closely with the owner and project partners while learning Daisy’s standards, workflows, and systems.

    • TV mounting
    • Speaker installation
    • Rack builds and equipment installation
    • Device trim‑out and finish work

  • Supporting rough‑in and pre‑wire phases on new construction and remodels
  • Following project plans, drawings, and installation standards
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites
  • Documenting work performed (wiring, changes, issues) as directed
  • Representing Daisy professionally to homeowners, builders, and trade partners
  • Learning Daisy’s systems, tools, and best practices with the goal of advancing responsibility over time
What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in low‑voltage, AV, security, or structured cabling
  • Comfort working on construction sites and in finished homes
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and correctly
  • Basic understanding of signal flow, wiring practices, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Residential AV or smart‑home experience
  • Experience with audio systems, networking, or control systems
  • Familiarity with Control4, Lutron, Savant, or similar platforms
  • Blueprint or construction plan reading experience
  • OSHA‑10 or similar safety training
We value coachability and pride in workmanship over checking every technical box.
