- Pulling, terminating, labeling, and testing low‑voltage cabling (Cat6, speaker wire, control wire)
- Assisting with or performing:
- TV mounting
- Speaker installation
- Rack builds and equipment installation
- Device trim‑out and finish work
- Supporting rough‑in and pre‑wire phases on new construction and remodels
- Following project plans, drawings, and installation standards
- Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Documenting work performed (wiring, changes, issues) as directed
- Representing Daisy professionally to homeowners, builders, and trade partners
- Learning Daisy’s systems, tools, and best practices with the goal of advancing responsibility over time
- 2–5 years of experience in low‑voltage, AV, security, or structured cabling
- Comfort working on construction sites and in finished homes
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Basic understanding of signal flow, wiring practices, and troubleshooting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Residential AV or smart‑home experience
- Experience with audio systems, networking, or control systems
- Familiarity with Control4, Lutron, Savant, or similar platforms
- Blueprint or construction plan reading experience
- OSHA‑10 or similar safety training
- Be part of a growing premium residential integration firm from the ground up
